In the midst of planning our epic trip to Japan, I took a quick weekend trip to San Francisco to hang out with my friend James. She invited me to invite her for an 826 Valencia benefit with featured guest Mindy Kaling, and I couldn’t resist a quick getaway. The weather was beautiful, the food was delicious, and I had a chance to meet up with some other friends as well. It was a good warm-up trip 🙂
